Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers an elegant and fabulous stay with great views, clean and neat rooms, good showers, and Tea Coffee making facilities. It could reach 5-star quality with consistent maintenance. Service was a mix of slow responses but highlighted by fantastic staff. The location is good but needs better upkeep. The dining experience ranged from limited choices to lovely with freshly cooked meals. The hotel provides a nice atmosphere for a relaxing stay.
The Moy Suite provided us with a most comfortable bed and a lovely view over the river Moy from the wall-to-ceiling window. The ice house staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, although there were a couple of minor issues with food and drink orders in the restaurant. The location allows for spectacular views of the river Moy, but there were some shortcomings in the dining experience. Overall, a great stay with a few hiccups.
The hotel offers lovely spacious rooms that are modern, clean, and boast a beautiful view of the river and forest. The service is exceptional, with efficient and friendly staff providing a range of amenities. However, the dining experience fell short, and the location, while serene, had some disappointments like a non-functioning hot tub.
